Hello, I'm Elle from Harpenden in Hertfordshire and I've been asked today to talk about what a Piner is and who it'd be useful for.

So I think Opiner is the best, quickest, most authentic way to find out what consumers are thinking, doing, watching, what they look like, what they sound like, what they're thinking, like it covers everything and even the fact that we record our responses and that you can see us and hear us and kind of actually have that kind of one-to-one contact at a social distance is amazing and even yeah seeing everyone's surroundings gives you kind of more of a consumer insight than a poll response online on Survey Monkey.

It's so much more personal and authentic which I really like and I think it'd be really useful for brands that are looking for trends right now, kind of how consumers are feeling now.

I just think it covers everything, I don't really know what else you would want from kind of a consumer insight agency, it just is amazing and yeah they're killing it.
