Hello, my name's Ed and I live in southwest London. The question is Opiner what is it and what can it be used for?

So my understanding of Opiner is that it is a market research tool where the currency is insight, ideas and a point of view. That's probably the way I put it. And then the second part of the question is what can it be used for? I think so much. Any situation where ideas and insight is needed. So problem solving with creative solutions based on individual's perspective and the word cognitively diverse springs to mind. So where there is a requirement for a number of different diverse viewpoints.

Any particular scenarios? I mean, I'm from the agency world and coming up with ideas, creative ideas for different solutions is an obvious area for me. The other area, and I don't know how much data you hold on people like me or the people that are contributing ideas. But I thought the area of maybe persona development was quite interesting, whereby if you're able to collect groups of different types of profiles that might be able to be organized in a way where they match client's marketing target audience personas, and then you're able to then have pools of those different personas, certainly in B2B where decision making is done by groups of people where they come to collective consensus, I suppose is the word I'm looking for. So persona profiling, coming up with ideas, getting more targeted into those individual personas, asking those groups for their ideas and their points of view and their experience would probably be quite helpful. That's as far as I got, I'm afraid.
