Lucy is a Chartered Resource and Waste Manager, Chartered Environmentalist and International Waste Manager with 14 years’ experience in waste, resource efficiency and materials research primarily focusing on construction resources and waste management for large infrastructure projects. Lucy has knowledge of all aspects of resource and waste management from waste minimisation through to disposal and has worked in a number of industries including oil and gas, energy, transportation (road, rail and airport), pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. She has contributed and lead a number of Environmental Impact Assessments, technology reviews, literature reviews, site waste management plans, operational waste strategies, good practice guides and case studies including for Highways England, Local Authorities, Network Rail, TfL, Environment Agency, Waste and Resources Action Programme, Scottish Government, DfT and many private sector clients.
